K&W Engineering has hired Lehigh Valley based Landscape Architect Marc Singley, RLA in an effort to increase their focus on performance-related athletic design projects.
Singley joins K&W with over 18 years of professional experience including the design and development of many diverse projects in the athletic, educational, commercial, healthcare, and residential development fields.
Singley’s background has enabled him to specialize in the athletic use of synthetic turf for K-12 and higher education on over 40 projects where his design recognizes the importance of end user safety and cost effective strategies for clients. He is particularly sensitive to the environmental impact of development and site construction on the surrounding area through sound and responsible design.
Singley’s expertise in graphic perspective sketches and plan renderings have been instrumental in the municipal approval process and fund raising efforts for many projects.
Prior to joining K&W, Singley served as project manager at Architerra PC. He holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
“We are fortunate to add Marc’s diverse background in athletic facility design to our team,” said Marc Kurowski, Principal at K&W. “He will also play an important role in our service expansion efforts into the Lehigh Valley by leveraging his local knowledge and professional relationships.”
